Builder Inventory is the nation’s first true online INTRA-real estate catalog with accurate and up-to-date information. Our primary goal is to connect home builders with real estate agents in order to facilitate moving their existing inventory. We understand that getting the word out to agents is a whole different ball game from marketing to home buyers. Many times, this client base will have differing needs and goals, so the literature builders create for buyers will not always catch the attention of motivated real estate agents. And in most cases, it’s the agent that brings serious buyers, anyway. So it only makes sense to create a marketing plan catering to their needs.
How It Works:
Companies place an ad on our main catalog page. This ad lists current inventory homes, buyer incentives, commission bonuses, and a variety of other information. The sky’s the limit! While the service is primarily for builders promoting homes to agents, anyone having a real estate related message is welcome to place an ad.
In addition to our catalog, builders can also opt to be included in our weekly newsletter, The B.I.L.L. This stands for “Builder Inventory Laundry List”, and it’s one BILL that agents will be happy to receive in their inbox each week. The BILL also serves to keep agents in touch with current builder specials as the site is updated weekly right before the BILL is sent out.
For Agents:
This is a totally free service. We provide the most current builder incentives on new SPEC homes, quick delivery homes, to be built and more. Builders are marketing their inventory to YOU, not your clients. This means that some of the fluff can be taken out, leaving room for discussions about commissions, agent incentives, and bonuses. Our newsletter, The BILL will provide interesting, educational information about the real estate profession. It is designed to enhance your experience by providing substantial value. This is a BILL you WILL look forward to each week. It will also come out the same day our online catalog is updated, reminding you to check out the new incentives for that week.
