Welcome agents!

This is Builder Inventory. We are currently in pre-launch and expect to go live in early November.

Click here to view the embedded video.

The Service

This service will connect builders and agents with current incentives and deals on SPEC homes. Builders and related companies will place showcase advertisements for their specials right here on the home page including: photos, current commission bonuses, video, and even a list of available inventory. These companies have long searched for an cost-effective and efficient way to reach agents with their message. There are plenty of marketing efforts geared toward buyers, but almost nothing (aside from PRED) that caters to agents and their specific needs. We plan to fill that void.

The Newsletter

In addition to the online catalog, we are designing a weekly newsletter which will keep you abreast of the most up-to-date information. We will also provide informative training material from some of the best names in the real estate profession designed to help make you more productive and even more successful. We know you get some of this stuff already, but if you’re anything like us, you get tons of these types of emails and they’re pretty sporatic. Our newsletter puts all that information in a convenient place, and organizes it for you, so you don’t have to hunt down that email you got two weeks ago. The newsletter is called “The BILL”. It technically stands for Builder Inventory Laundry List, but we thought it would be cool to say we could send you a BILL each week that you actually look forward to.

The Rub

Significant thought and planning have gone into the overall design and business model of Builder Inventory. Hands down, the most important and vital ingredient in the equation…is YOU. In order to have a successful launch, builders want to know that there is a specific need, desire, and interest within the real estate community.

So, here’s what we need you to do…

We need you to sign up for The BILL, and tell your colleagues to do the same. Our goal is to have at least 4,000 Austin agents on our newsletter list by mid-month. This will go a long way in our initial presentation to local builders and their corporate decision makers. With this kind of attention from our Austin real estate community, builders will have a substantial interest in supporting the project. Subscribing is a cinch. Just click here, fill in your first name and email address. When you submit, you’ll have the opportunity to share our message with a few of your friends. The signup process is completely secure, confidential, and you can un-subscribe at any time.

We plan to send out our “Pilot” newsletter in the first week of November. Austin is where we’re from and will serve as the primary test market for our service. If all goes well, we will expand to other major cities in Texas and select cities throughout the US. Help us start something great that fills a MUCH needed void.

You can support our project by subscribing to The BILL to the right of this page.

Thanks for stopping by!
